Getting Started with Waitressing Age: A Comprehensive Guide to Registering and Signing Up

Prerequisite: Register Your Contact in MDM

Before you can start using Waitressing Age, you need to ensure that your contact is registered in MDM (Master Data Management). This is necessary for authentication and engagement purposes.

Step 1: Access the MDM Registration Page

If you haven't registered in MDM yet, you'll need to do so. To get started, look for the 'Get started' button located at the top right-hand corner of the MDM platform.

Step 2: Enter Your Email Address

Enter an email address associated with your organization. After entering your email, you'll be presented with privacy and cookie notices. Click 'Continue' to proceed.

Step 3: Accept the Invitation

You'll receive an invitation from 'Hello Support engaged.io'. Click on the 'Accept Invitation' link to proceed.

Step 4: Check Your Email

If you don't receive the email, check your Junk folder. If you still can't find it, contact your IT department or email administrator to ensure they're not blocking emails from engage.io.

Step 5: Follow the Link

After clicking the 'Accept Invitation' link, you'll be directed to the Waitress engage platform. Here, you'll be prompted to create an account and set a password.

Step 6: Set Your Password

Your password must be 10 characters long and include at least three of the following: lowercase letters (A to Z), uppercase letters (A to Z), numbers (0-9), and special characters (such as !, $, %, &, *, ?, etc.). No more than two identical characters can be in a row.

Step 7: Log In

Once you've set up your password, you can log in using your email address and password.

Important Notes

  • If you don't sign up or sign up but do not have an existing contact record in MDM, you won't have full access to Waitress engage.
  • We only allow registrations using company or business email addresses to ensure the protection of Waitress and supply information.
  • If you don't have a company or business email address, you can still register but we'll need to contact you directly for verification, which may delay your account activation.
